We are hiring for Recovery Manager with the experience of 5 yrs to 7 yrs in CE / CV hard bucket recovery
Locations: Bhopal / Jabalpur / Aurangabad / Nagpur / Pune / MumbaiCTC – 5 Lakhs to 6 Lakhs
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive the collections strategy for all matured CE / CV and Strategic cases and ensure closure/settlement of such cases
· Ensure process adherence to all stipulated policies & guidelines and ensure operational excellence for ODCs
· Ensure optimum intervention, deployment and integration of technology in all processes linked to the value chain for all businesses at the zone
· Manage self and team through the establishment of goal setting and review mechanisms to achieve the objectives of the function
· Ensure effective career and succession planning for all positions in the department
