 NPA 90+ loan recovery /Litigation 

ANDHRA PRADESH/TELANGANA/TAMILNADU/KARNATAKA 

Minimum 10 years experience on legal recovery and team handling. 

To have adequate knowledge on court proceedings and expedite the cases.

Area exposures.

1) Legal procedures of recovery 

2) Section 138 warrent execution 

3) Arbitration award and execution 

4) Sarfaesi proceedings and property sale process 

Preferred from Banking/NBFC.

Age below 40 yrs.

CTC around 8-10 lacs.
