Directly responsible in all aspects of Hubs operations in the Region such as Target achievement, On-Time-Repayment, Recovery of bad loans, Loan quality, Documentation
Specifically, monitor performances all Hubs
Improve productivity continuously
Research, Analyze and recommend strategies to pilot, main-stream and scale-up Individual lending products
Will help in the formation of related Policy & Guidelines
