Shubham Housing Development Finance Company is Hiring Chief Manager Operations Based out at Gurgaon

 We are hiring for following position.

Job Position       Chief Manager – Payment & Collateral Custody Operations
Location              Gurgaon (Head Office)
Responsibilities
1.      Update details in system along with regular reconciliation of data with accuracy
2.      Manage & deliver high transaction volumes without being deviated on processes & customer expectation.
3.      Continually monitor recon MIS & assist in continuous improvement of system/ processes to minimize turn around & cost
4.      Act as a liaison between the internal & external vendors for improving service quality 
5.      Act as a liaison between the auditors and finance for audit and other reporting issues
6.      Enhance high quality of process adherence through adequate training and process simplification
7.      Execute accuracy of business MIS, able to keep relevant people informed of the business momentum as well as provide data to act upon
8.      Create and implement a training roadmap for the Operations team
9.      Practice excellent team management and assist them to achieve desired goals
10. Capability to handle 15-20 members team

Experience
Minimum 12 – 14 years (Preferred from same industry/HFC)
