Urgently looking to hire a 'Head - People Operations' at an AVP/DVP level, based in Mumbai, 

who will lead the People Operations team and deliver on responsibilities pertaining to Compensation Management & Benefits Administration, 

HR & Payroll Operations, HR Policies & Processes, Short term and long term incentives programs, 

Performance Management, HR Audit & Compliance, HR Systems & Automation, HR MIS & Analytics, etc., reporting to the Head - Human Resources. Candidates with post-graduation qualifications in HR with 12 - 18 yrs. of rich experience in HR Operations & Payroll Management, C&B, HR Systems, Policies & Processes, with HFCs / NBFCs / Banks / Financial Services are preferred. Should have effective team management skills and must be a self-starter. Diversity candidates preferred for this position.
