Job description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Monitoring and controlling all 60+ and 90+ overdue loans and ensuring that these are followed up for further process and to coordinate with respective departments.
• PAN India monitoring and controlling the delinquency of loans.
• Responsible for settlement of NPA accounts.
• Along with the field Operations team, will be jointly accountable for managing the collection budgets of the organisation with focus on key metrics that define the quality of the portfolio.
• Responsible for collection and recovery from 60+ and 90+ NPA and / or handling of other stressed advances portfolio assigned.
• Define, design and implement the portfolio performance monitoring framework for the organization.
• Monitor and review the performance of branches (PAN India) regarding achievement of targeted interest Collections / NPA recovery.
• Monitoring the collection process Pan India on day-to-day basis and managing data/reporting to management regularly.
• Responsible for developing and implementing timer to time Collection/Recovery Policy, Account specific collection Strategy and Procedures.
• Initiation and monitoring of the process of litigation in sync with the relevant strategies.
• To collaborate with Internal / external stake holders and coordinate accordingly.
• Responsible for defining the collection strategies for field level implementation through effective customer segmentation.
• To identify and set up cost effective channels for the use of the collection organisation
• To work effectively within the judicial, regulatory and legal framework while balancing the requirements of a lending organisation.

Special Requirements :

• Excellent communication skills, willingness to travel.
• Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Confident, self-motivated and go-getter.
• English,(proficiency in read, write and speak required), Hindi and other local languages.

Job Location / State : Ernakulam HO / Kerala

CTC: Up to 37 lacs per annum

Educational Qualification : MBA from reputed Institute / Graduation / Post graduation (Any specialisation)
