Qualification - CA INTER/MBA/MCom

Experience Required - 4 to 6 years.

Salary - Would depend upon the experience.

Location - BKC Mumbai

 

Job description would be:

Candidate would be based out at HO looking after Corporate Audit functions.

A. Stat compliances verification on monthly basis viz. TDS, PF, PT, ESIC & GST.

B. Branch visits & submission of reports on time.(frequency 1-2 branch visits accross PAN India for 3-4 days in a month) Note: Branch visits would be done once current pandemic situation normalises.

C. Supervision of Concurrent file audits sent by team members, discussions with the team & publishing the reports on time.

D. Other audits like Legal compliance audits, HR audit,  Receipt book audits, any other audit assignments as & when the requirement arises.

E. Undertaking Treasury audits on monthly basis.

F. Trial balance analysis.

G. Co ordinating with various internal departments regarding queries raised.

H. Coordination & discussion with External auditors for the queries raised & ensuring their report completion on timely basis.

I. Prepartion of Monthly/Quarterly Board PPTs based on the observations obtained.
