Job description: 

1. A Collection Manager should lead the collections department.

2. Ensuring that cases are handled appropriately and according to company policy.

3. With your excellent organizational skills, you will oversee a team of collection staff members to communicate with clients who owe money and increase the percentage of successful repayments.

4. Person should be able handle legal activity individually.

5. Should coordinate with an empanelled advocate to file cases.

6. Must track and update the stage wise cases. Responsibility Person should be able handle legal activity individually Example: Sec 138 / 25, Arbitration, should coordinate with empanelled advocate to file cases.
