1. Should have experience in Vehicle Loan and handling Maharashtra Location
2. Managing recovery of Vehicle Loan in the State.
3. Implementing systems in collection for audit requirement
4. Leading a time of sizeable strength, mentoring and coaching the collection team
5. Improve collection and legal recovery
6. Monitoring losses within State
7. Monitoring all collection processes within the State
8. Effective segmentation of portfolio to maximize recovery
