Hiring for Collection Head with an experience on working with NBFCs ( Light Commercial Vehicles)

Loc- Jaipur

CTC - upto 40 LPA

Reporting to : MD & Promoter

This position includes responsibilities in the following areas:      

 • For managing the entire collections and recovery process for the vehicle and SME lending businesses of the company. 

 • The person will be responsible for building and executing the entire collection strategy in line with the best practices.

 • Chase the collection targets for the entire lending portfolio

 • Implement collections and risk management strategies for effective portfolio management.

 • Manage budgets and cost of collections

 • Achieve the recovery targets set for each state and zonal teams

 • Report risks, portfolio performance and performance against target to the MD and Board

 • Appointment and management of collections vendors PAN India. (Company name withheld)
